Since graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2007, I have focused my bodywork style to be a deep, therapeutic blend of Eastern and Western techniques. I have worked in conjunction with acupuncturists, chiropractors, and physical therapists to ensure that my clients receive the best care possible.

My favorite tool for delivering my work is the FEET! Beginning my continuing education in Thai Massage, I knew I needed to use my feet more. Deepfeet Ashiatsu Bar Therapy and Sarga Bodywork were therefore a natural progression in adding more tools to my skill set.

I am so passionate about barefoot bodywork that I am now a NCBTMB Approved Provider as an Instructor for Sarga Bodywork, a barefoot myofascial massage method developed in Hawaii. In fact, I was the first instructor certified on the mainland USA, and now travel the country to teach Sarga Bodywork continuing education.

You’ll notice my service rates are different in structure. I do not charge differently based on massage modality, nor do I charge extra for add-ons, like cupping or gua sha. I also do not accept gratuity. Simply put, I prefer clarity in pricing. You pay for my time, effort, and skills. I believe massage therapy is health care, and I want to help you elevate the level of function and resilience in your body.

In addition to being a licensed massage therapist, I am also a certified yoga teacher, an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Outside of work, you can find me hiking with my dog Bruno, drinking too much coffee, or getting lost in a book. Possibly also listening to heavy metal when I should be in yoga class… It’s a balance. ;)
